Please read carefully

TO RETURN A PRODUCT
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number email us at info@campaignstore.co.uk and be sure to let us know the invoice number and date of purchase. Tell us what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Faulty garments and wrongly printed garments can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging, items must be unworn and unwashed and in their original condition.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging, items that are the wrong size, items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.

REFUNDS
Products are branded to order. Defective or wrongly printed items will be replaced like for like. There is no option to change the product, colour or size and there is no cash alternative.

SHIPPING RETURNS
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. Send using a service that requires a signature on arrival, we will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive at our address. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
